QuizCorp™ is an initiative launched by Meghashyam Shirodkar to provide quality quizzing solutions to Corporates, Brands, Universities & similar Educational Institutions, Schools & Colleges, Social & Recreational Clubs, et al. QuizCorp™'s primary emphasis is on taking the obscure, arbitrary trivia out of quizzes & making these contests more entertaining & “workable” for someone who just follows the daily news.

 Meghashyam has worked for 10 years in the banking & financial services sector for bluechip employers like EXL Services, HDFC Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Bank of America Merrill Lynch & Pramerica AMC Ltd., where his last assignment was as Assistant Vice President - Customer Service.
A former Air Force cadet at the National Defence Academy, Meghashyam has a Masters in Political Science & has had a brilliant track record in numerous inter-University, State-level, Zonal & National contests in Quizzing, Elocution & Debating during his student days. He counts amongst his many victories prestigious quizzes as varied as the Brand Equity Quiz, ISRO National Science Quiz, National Geographic's Nat Geo Genius TV Quiz, the Landmark Pune National Open Quiz, the Odyssey Chennai National Open Quiz, National Inter-University Quiz & numerous State & Zonal inter-university quizzes.
After turning QuizMaster, Meghashyam has conducted over 250 quizzes to date, for clients ranging from the Association of Indian Universities (Ministry of Sports & Youth Affairs, GOI), Mumbai University, IIPM, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, IMS Classes, Rotary Club & Rotaract Club, the Boat Club Quiz Club Pune, Bombay Quiz Club & numerous other schools, colleges & clubs around India. Amongst the notable feathers in his cap are conducting the Silver Jubilee National Inter-University Youth Festival Quiz at Rohtak in 2010, the Silver Unifest West Zone Inter-University Youth Festival Quiz at Mumbai in 2009, the Indradhanushya State-level Inter-University Youth Festival Quiz at Shivaji University, Kolhapur in 2009, IIPM's inter-B School business quiz in 2008, and many more. Erudition, energy & entertainment are his USPs. Quizzing & quiz-setting are his life; a passion, an obsession, his raison d’être! QuizCorp™ is an attempt to share this joy of quizzing with all & sundry, not just the intelligentsia!!! |
